We are seeking a Human Resources Director (HR Director) to join our real estate and hospitality group

Key Responsibilities : 

• Define and implement the Group’s corporate Human Resources strategy,
• Oversee recruitment, talent management and employee development initiatives,
• Design and deploy employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent,
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative and engaging corporate culture.

Profile Required :

• Master’s degree (or equivalent, minimum Bac +5) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related Field,
• Proven experience in Human Resources Management within a corporate environment, ideally in the hospitality industry,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership abilities and a proven capacity to inspire and unite teams.
